My wife made an appointment and they didn't show up. Didn't even call.
The owner's son came with another guy and they were both very polite and professional. It was a job well done.
Made appointment for my tenant and didnt show. Gave benefit of the doubt and stupidly made a second appointment..AGAIN no show, no call! Both times they took time off from work!
