It was a pleasure working with someone so knowledgeable about not only roofs but how to work with insurance companies. Our insurance denied our claim for a total roof replacement despite water coming into the house and damaging walls when it rained. Rick informed us that we could challenge that decision and advised on how to proceed. Long story short, we were able to get our roof totally replaced and the damage inside the house repaired.
