Highly recommend C&M for your HVAC needs. My condenser coil froze a couple times on my 21 year old system. Being a DIYer I did some troubleshooting and figured I was low on refrigerant. I did extensive research on local companies and decided on C&M to have come out and look at my unit. Cory came out and confirmed it was very low on refrigerant. I was upgrading my thermostat and was getting errors with the wiring, and couldn't get the AC to turn on. My usual company couldn't get to us until the following afternoon and wanted to charge a fee for fixing my attempt to remove the garbage thermostat they installed when the house was built. Great service and awesome customer care! Highly recommend for A/C maintenance I called them late on a Saturday night as my residential AC unit was not working, Cory answered and offered to come out late after his last job. I was thoroughly impressed by the attention he shows his customers because that’s not an offer he had to make. By my request though, he had someone out the next morning. Outstanding service!!! My system went down at 8pm. I called C& M and spoke with Cory. He arrived by 9pm and had my ac system up and running by 10pm. Cory is an excellent communicator. He is very professional and highly skilled at him job. Their prices are excellent and, may I say, budget friendly. I highly recommend C&M Heating and Cooling for all your HVAC needs.

C&M Repairs is the ONLY hvac company I'll call when I have issues. They respond and arrive at my home quickly. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable and they take the time to explain the issue and repairs needed.
