I’ve been trying to get a quote from this company since they visited my home 16 days ago. They haven’t returned my calls or responded to emails, and the one time they did reply, they sent incorrect information. It’s been extremely frustrating — their customer service is virtually nonexistent.
I used CM mechanical through Home Depot. The service was great and the price was very reasonable compared to the quotes I got form other companies. The staff was very professional and respectful. communication with CM mechanical through, texts, emails, and phone was very easy.
Kitchen sink was all backed up. The Entire Drain needed replacement. CM was out the next day, did a Great Job. These folks have worked my furnace and other plumbing. Highly Recommended by Me !
They helped us find and install a new boiler when ours died in the middle of the winter. They worked quickly and efficiently, and we are very grateful for their help.
