I only called for an appointment, but I was blown away by the owner's phone demeanor. I could tell he was listening to understand my issues and suggested a way to move forward. I will update my review after the service is completed. Post Service Update: My mower was picked up, serviced and returned to me in a timely manner. Chris (owner) did an outstanding job in completing all of the regular annual service tasks, plus he caught some things that were about to break. My riding lawn mower had an issue and they came and picked it up to diagnose the problem. Received a call the next day and Chris explained the problem in an easy to understand manner. I truly appreciate the honest answers and the knowledge base that they have there. They will be my “go to” for servicing all my equipment going forward. Thanks!
Very polite and friendly people. Explained what they would do to fix my mower and explained what they did when I picked it up. Unloaded and loaded for me. They are reasonably priced as well.
My Lawnmower would not start days before my big Fourth of July party. I have 7 acres to cut and I called Chris and explained to him what the problem was and he said, bring it in Asap that day. I got there and his team jumped into action and got it working and fixed within the hour. These guys are great and I would recommend anybody to try them out. Thanks again Syndicate Outdoor power!!!
