Carlos came out after I accidentally flushed 5 of my rings down the toilet. Other companies declined to help or just didn't show, but Carlos was on time and spent hours in our bathroom where he retrieved my engagement ring. He also ended up cleaning the line with pressurized water and sucking out any debris from our cast iron pipes to retrieve other rings. Very honest and reliable company. I was very impressed. Carlos worked diligently for several hours to resolve the problem that another plumber was unable to fix. Despite it taking longer than expected and requiring additional work he did not charge more than his original quote. I highly recommend this company.
