Wade and Mark did a great job installing our tankless water heater. They went above and beyond for our installation. Our installation was a tricky situation and they were able to come up with a an effective way to install the water heater. Would recommend them

Matt came to perform a regular hot water heater service, and went above & beyond in the service as well as making sure all the connections were secure for the future. Professional service and I loved the communication from CM - informative texts and communications when they were on the way.

I've used CM Heating a few times. The first couple went fine, no complaints. Called for an issue with a hot water heater, got an appointment for the next day. Technician showed up three hours late and without examining the unit, said that there was nothing that he could do (not sure what the intention of the visit was). Said someone would come by in the next day or two to work on it. CM called me the next morning and said that the soonest that someone could be there would be four days from now. I had these guys out to service my heat and glo fireplace for $300 because there was a lack of oxygen getting to it. I told them the problem. The response was that it was too old and needed to be replaced and the sales department would have to come out. After quoting me 17k and telling me everything needed to be torn apart, I diagnosed and fixed it the next day myself with no fireplace experience. Essentially I paid $300 to quote a new fireplace and didn't get service for it.
