If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ve never experienced such terrible service, especially from management, until today. I ordered 10-piece garlic wings, but I wasn’t satisfied with them and only ate about one and a half pieces. I respectfully told my waitress, and she offered me an alternative. When manager Lisa came over, she became rude and aggressive, raised her voice, and seemed bothered that I didn’t like the wings. Rude incompetent staff with zero concept of treating customers with decency. There are so many other better places to go. I would choose gas station food and before ever going back to this place.
CM Chicken in Pickerington is a whole vibe!! The food was absolutely amazing. The best Kimchi in Columbus! The staff was so polite and welcoming. We loved the decor. We will definitely be making this a regular family night out restaurant. 10/10!
The best KFC is Korean Fried Chicken for sure. And CM chicken has great choices! Even the plain chicken is so flavorful and good, and the sauces make it better! Try the snow onion and spring onion to make a flavor explosion! The Udon was good too and comes in a classic Korean pot!
Flavorful fried chicken. Potato wedges cooked nice and crispy with spices on them. Great service!!
