My mom and I brought our family heirloom in to be remade into earrings. We were unhappy with our experience due to a miscommunication and diamonds going missing. The owner reached out to apologize and remedy the situation. He went above and beyond to help us ease the pain of the missing stones. We will definitely be giving them a second chance.
I just want to start off by saying, I never write bad reviews, especially not for local small businesses. They deserve all the support they can get, and from other reviews it looks like this place is great and reasonably priced.
