I've visited this business 4-5 times over a 3-year period, and despite their active advertising as buyers of diamonds, coins, and jewelry, they have never made an offer on any of my items—including fine silver and gold coins, diamonds, and jewelry. I've simply asked, "What would you buy these for?" without requesting a specific price, yet I've never received a single offer. This feels more like a Kay Jewelers—a retail store rather than a buyer.
