Really good people and very responsive on vehicles and issues !
The people are great. Nothing but kind. But this is the second car we’ve gotten from them that has broken down within the first 20 days which is BEFORE the first month payment. The first time was back lot so you know expected but when it’s in street view that’s different. They’re not trying to make it right either. Making US pay out of pocket for a diagnostic test to prove whether or not it was pre or post sale. People are friendly and make the process very easy which i loved but buying 2 cars that were majorly broken down first month not so much.
People are friendly, But when they said then will call you back, they don't. The car they sold to me, had a very bad oil leak. Which they fix. But then started miss firing then low and behold it also has a blown head gasket which is still being worked on
Just got a car from them and I couldn't be happier. They made sure everything was good with the car and worked with my husband and I. Jose was very professional and patient with us while we figured out what we wanted to do. If we decide to get another car in the future we will be going to them. Muchisimas gracias! I love my Kia Sorrento!
