I am very dissatisfied with my hair after Christy failed to do what I had asked for. I went in her salon after talking to her by phone where she assured me that she could cover my gray hair by putting in highlights and lowlights. I showed her my brown at the base of my head and told her to match that color along with highlights. She turned my back to the mirror while she was working on my hair.
