Excellent and fast service on my 2002 Dodge Durango. In and out the same day. On top of that very personable.
These guys are very honest. My dad raves about them to everyone. Says he has never been to a more honest, reliable shop in his life. I recently had car troubles and they got me in quick and got it taken care of the same day. They took the time to explain everything to me and I felt really good about it. Sometimes I feel like men in car shops talk down to me as a woman by herself or just don't take the time to explain anything. They are very respectful! My stepmom takes her car their now and my brother.
I had my Jeep towed in around noon and was told they probably wouldn’t be able to look at it until the next day, which I completely understood—especially with it being just two days before Christmas. C & M Automotive is the best! They care, they don’t try to rip you off. They find the problem and fix it. I dealt with Steven, he is totally awesome. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. If I ever need car repairs, C&M is who I will be taking my car to. Totally awesome!!! I recommend them to anyone who needs their car/truck serviced.
The team here was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to help me with my car. Not only did they quickly find and fix the issue, but they also took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense.
