Convenient & a wonderful staff – I had to mail several things and didn't know how to properly box them or even the correct zip code on where the package was going. The staff was very helpful, kind and took care of all of my problems. Also, I shipped them FedEx and their cost was actually cheaper than the quote I received from FedEx! I have only had great experiences here and use this business for all of my mailing needs.
I have used this company for years with out a problem – i paid, insured and shipped an $1800 package only to find out they pocketed the insurance money. needless to say the package was damaged and now I'm out. I can't even they could do something so low. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU
