In my experience, every thing is 10/10 customer support 10, prices are a 10 (Prices may seem high but that’s just cause the quarry’s charge high) The loader workers are amazing at there job, delivery’s are reasonable and super flexible time wise and they have cat loaders so you know your getting what you paid for.
I ordered a Rosetta Step and the clerk said that the delivery person will set it up wherever you would like it to be. It was supposed to be delivered last week. However, the delivery person said their equipment was bad. That's fine, however it should have been delivered the day the equipment was fixed instead of a week later. Then on the phone, the clerk confirmed with three additional conversations for a total of 4 times that the delivery person sets up the Rosetta step wherever you would like it to be setup at.
