2025 Update: I'm going to have to litigate because the contract was for the ENTIRE roof, and specifically stated that it included the flat roof. They only did half of the flat roof (they ignored about 15% of the entire roof area and job) and also ignored my attempts to remedy the situation without going to court. Communication was effective and efficient. Roofers were professional and respectful. They cleaned their work area everyday at the end of their work day.
