Very disappointed. They are running the operation like third world country. They will have you wait for 45mins to an hour even if you take appointment 2-3 days in advance. The guy who owns this place is always on handsfree when cutting hair.
Very disappointing experience. One of the main reasons I choose a barber instead of a salon is for a proper beard trim and shave using traditional blades. However, the barber only used a trimmer/machine for the entire service and finished very quickly without any attention to detail. The result did not feel professional or worth the money I paid. I expected a much better beard grooming experience from a barber shop
