Don’t walk away from this builder —- RUN! We purchased what he called his “upscale home” in Gansevoort NY. Immediately after our closing we called him regarding the concrete front steps. The bottom step had a dip in the center that caused ponding and the second step was crumbling. After about 15 voice messages he finally returned my call. He said he would stop over and take a look.. Clute enterprises is horrible, we bought a new house in 2017...were homeless for 2 weeks because they waited till day of closing to refinish floors, ended up gouging all the wood trim, said they were hiring a professional to install radon mitigation system, was not installed properly, yard was dirt for months, kept promising to grade and install lawn, you have to fight with him to get anything done, and even then if it's done, it's a cob job!
