I'm a traveling patient with this facility, for about 6 months now. Everyone that I have come into contact with has been polite, respectful, and easy to speak with. I am very appreciative to Ms. Kelly at the front office for handling everything I need from my home clinic to my 2nd home clinic. Working with the tines that I can come in. To Mrs. O for making me feel at home especially going through what makes me have to travel that way. As long as I need a 2nd clinic in Houston I will continue to come back. This is the most sorriest place I ever been to some of the Techs do not give a damn about you they leave there station in stay gone 20 30 minutes at a time they don’t know what there doing they just getting anybody to help here because they can not get help I was bleeding in the tech was around some woman like it don’t matter now I’m not saying all is bad they have 3 good techs here in that’s it!!! I’m gone get this out cause they just don’t care

My mom was supposed to start dialysis here on Thursday. We were told we needed to accompany her to sign consent forms at her fist appointment. Mom was at a rehab facility, so I showed up to sign the forms. No one was there to greet me. I stood around for a about 15 minutes until someone finally came out to help me. When Mom didn’t arrive, they asked me to call and find out what was going on. I am not a patient at this location I was driving to the Washateria across the Street when their ambulance driver almost ran me off the curb driving on the wrong side of the street driving fast to Black people inside and I did call and report and nobody has responded
