Clutch:Dealership is Uber:Taxi. I sold a car to this company, and got every penny of what I was initially quoted for. The pickup was a breeze, Julian was our agent. Although it was my first time selling a car to clutch, it didn't feel like that at all. Julian was thorough in explaining the steps of the sale, the checks he was doing, and was overall knowledgeable and professional. Worst experience ever.. waste of time… was open and honest sent detailed pics and disclosed everything, agent showed up said I had not disclosed everything then reversed with my parking break on and tried to blame my transmission. People tried to warn me but I did not listen, the following day I got an email saying it was only about the transmission and more contradictory statements were made in their email that do not match the agents statements at my house. An absolute waste of my time I don’t recommend them to anyone ever
