Beware! Terrible experience. Make sure you get everything in writing. Their pricing is very slippery and Randy is terrible at dealing with customers... They sold me a $1500 pump that failed after 6 years. Called them for service and was told it would be $140 to come out. I agreed. After arrival and inspection they told me my warranty was only good for 5 years and I would have to pay for a new pump. Terrible Service! To their credit, they showed up promptly knowing we had been without water for a few days. They were nice and helpful over the phone. The service began to change when they actually showed up. Two guys showed up, one with a nice attitude named Greg, and the other that was not so easy to deal with. I believe his name was Chris. They attempted to pull the pump from our 40 or so foot well and were unable to retrieve it. We were told our well casing was bent enough to prevent the pump from coming out. We were gi... read more
