I was disappointed with my experience at Cluckface. My order arrived a bit lukewarm, like it had been sitting out for a while, and some of the food was clearly poorly prepared. I politely asked if they could remake the items, but they declined and said they couldn't. I wasn't looking for anything extra—just a fresh version of food that wasn't made well. Unfortunately, the combination of the food quality and the lack of customer service left me dissatisfied.
