Lived and worked here for 17 years.....spacious, good service....each unit has own HVAC system....retired from working here but decided to rent.....most tenants are good neighbors
Does not have a resident manager.Management is not concerned about anything other than collecting the rent.Repairs and upkeep consist of the cheapest method possible to have a "workable" situation. It does not mean proper repairs.The apartments were built in the 1960s and have no acoustic insulation and you share the same air as others in apartments around you. Cooking, smoking, whatever.
Built in the 1960's, you share air with other apartments in the same building. The walls are paper thin. There is no resident management. Management only cares about collecting rent. Years ago the management was good and was resident. The current management is not. Management follows and/or enforces "rules" when and if it suits them so there is no decent and reliable morals or ethics about it. When they leave the property they wash their hands of the place. This place is no fun.
