Very poor service. I have recently joined this gym. I Was greeted at the front desk happily. Then proceeded to ask for a guest pass for my freind the guy working the desk said that was fine. He directed us to Ann who then in a frantic manner said the gym was closed. We waited outside and saw more people walk in to work out.
