Normal apartment and fine management team and a pool but unfortunately the gym is not 24 hours and is heavily crowded 9/10 you go there, also air conditioning can suck especially if you have a 2nd floor apartment which sucks especially in the Vegas heat, still a decent place to live.
Kudos to the front office lovely Ladies and the handsome gentlemen of maintenance department.. for your assistance, professionalism & kindness. So far .. so good.. upon maintenance request great job.. The attentiveness for the great work request.. Richard is kind, professional and caring..
Our ac went out and the maintenance team serviced it so quickly so thankful for them! My family and I appreciate the team for always being helpful!
I lived here for four years. There were multiple murders, domestic disputes, car thefts and even vandalism to my own personal vehicle. A month before my lease contract ended, the front office disabled my account to pay rent online and then stole my security deposit. The majority of the time your neighbors will smoke, play loud music and be disrespectful towards one another. There are better options in the area.
