They send you a consent form before you go in. Part of it is consent for the procedure and risks, that makes sense. But then they throw in a paragraph about consenting to receive marketing emails and calls. At the end, there is only one checkbook to agree to all of it - you can't agree to the procedure and opt out of marketing.
