Allen is very professional and knowledgeable about bicycles, performance, and comfort on the bike. I have trusted him with two performance fits and he has delivered, adapting to my needs as a road cyclist. I will keep coming back for his attention to detail and top notch service.
Allen was observant, thoughtful, and meticulous in his approach. He identified a leg length discrepancy in my right leg that no other fitter had ever mentioned, and added shims to relive saddle discomfort I was having. The difference was immediately noticeable. I would highly recommend him!
Allen does a fantastic job with his bike fittings. I'm so glad that I was patient and got a fitting here because as someone who's just getting into cycling, Allen did a great job explaining everything that he was doing to my bike and answering any additional questions that I had. On top of that, I never felt like I was being duped or upsold into getting anything that I didn't need. I feel much more comfortable and much more confident now than I did before. 10/10 would recommend!
