I am editing my review because! I don’t know who checks Dr Platsman’s emails but he does NOT answer you back and that’s very disappointing and frustrating as a parent who is concerned about their child.. I do think Dr Platsman overall is a good caring doctor and really loves and cares about his patients, which is why I will continue to bring my daughter here. Such a nice practice! Brought my 2 girls from another dr office that we were not thrilled with. Saw Karen the NP today for both girls check ups and she was excellent. The front desk assistant was great too, very helpful and kind. Definitely glad we switched here!
Truly can't put into words how much we love Dr. Platsman and the Clubhouse Staff. From day 1, Dr. P eased our many worries as first time parents, listened, provided guidance and always made sure our baby was in the best care. They are always accommodating with trying to get you in and are just overall such a well run office. Thank you Dr. P & staff!
