Please make sure everything works n u got the right room when i first got here they gave me 100 more than the price they gave me on the phone when i got to my room the jacuzzi didnt work then they switched me 3 different room n still the same thing but got worse the fridge doesn’t freeze at all called the front desk n they told me to move it from the other room to mine like wow I guess I work here now ,wifi doesn’t work it disconnects u every 20 min the worst of all the door r never locked so randoms can come in the side doo... read more
The outside doors to the hotel don't lock. The bathroom had black mold. The hotel room was not clean, dust everywhere. There was clean sheets being delivered but never saw a cleaning cart. The breakfast was subpar.
La habitacion estaba sucia y el hottube empezó a tirar agua por todo el cuarto. Pedí un reembolso y no me dieron nada. Pedí cambio de habitacion y dijeron que no tenían disponible pero cuando entrada online me dejaba reservar otra. Fue mi noche de bodas y fue horrible. $230 perdido porque solo aguanto 1 hora ahi.
I stayed here for a week while on a business trip. Its nothing luxurious, and it may need some upgrades, but it's all cosmetic. Theres no elevator on premise. They offer free breakfast every day, spacious indoor pool, and the Pavillion area has plenty of seating, shade and greenery. They also have designated smoking areas. On the weekends it can get a bit noisy, and the common areas get dirty, which they could clean a bit more often, but the hotel gets booked up and busy, and you cant really control what every human does.
