I really don't understand why people move in here. The HOA fees are more than the mortgage leaving the buyer getting very little while paying the same price as if it were a more luxurious condo. That HOA fee should be illegal!!! The area sucks too. Buyers please do your homework!!!
Really great location, staff is very welcoming and friendly, units are a nice size for the very reasonable purchase price and the people who live there are very nice.
