This gym is fantastic. It has every machine you can think of, plenty of space to stretch or even sprint if you want to, and is very clean. Can’t say enough good things about this gym 👍

I attempted to cancel my membership in November before moving across the country. I went to the gym in person and was told I had to cancel over the phone. When I called, I received conflicting information and was never given a clear way to complete the cancellation. I spent a long time trying to get someone on the phone and still couldn’t get the issue resolved. After moving, I believed I had done everything I reasonably could. The gym itself is great with good equipment you have everything you need. As far as personal training they take a wall-street for profit approach where profit is more important than service . They force you to email to cancel because “they don’t handle the payments” and you have to cancel 30 days in advance so if you’re already in the cycle even if you’re canceling 3 weeks in advance they FORCE you to pay again or they threaten your credit with collections.
