Absolutely love the gym. It has a great kids care area and a great variety of equipment. The staff is always friendly and its very clean and well kept. I love the amount of equipment that is available and it is kept clean and sanitized. The locker rooms are always clean and fully stocked with tissue. And even when a machine breaks down it is fixed within a week which is good timing!
I would have given 5 starts for the facilty, classes staff and instructors but giving only 2 star becasue of the few incidents experienced by the specific member at the facilty that was real safety concern and harassment that was reported to the staff at the front desk. Written complaint on paper made and one week passed by no action and the repeat incident happened by the same specific member who harassed and pushed and apparently several other members have experienced the same from this specific member and written complain... read more
I’ve been going to this gym for 1 year and a half and enjoyed it one because they offered classes I love such as Zumba and another pro was the childcare for my kids who are school age kids. Well today 6/4/26 me and my workout partner who she also has kids who goes and we were just NOW told that even though our kids can be there for 2 hours and both parents have both kids on their accounts and pay for BOTH kids to go the 2 hours during the childcare time the kids can only go a total of 2 hours in that 1 day split between both... read more
