Kellie O is absolutely incredible… She’s always positive. She’s always one step ahead… She’s kind and helpful. She keeps the gym, absolutely impeccably clean, the coffee is always delicious and whenever there is a problem, she finds a solution! If ever we need an extra fan in the Spin room, she finds one … If we need extra paper towels, She brings them. Always with a smile! I have been wanting to write a review to give her a shout out for months… I’m sorry it took me so long!

Club4 on Hillcrest has great customer service and a positive atmosphere in which to workout. My son does not have access to the app, so he has to use his phone number to check in. The representatives at the counter have come to know our family over time and check him automatically, which says a lot. The atmosphere is friendly, professional, and motivating, which I think is important, because burnout happens with exercising. Things like that keep people coming in. Thank you!
