We love, Club, four and the people who work there. We’re disappointed to lose the Pickleball court, but the classes are great and so is the equipment.

I’ve been a member of Club 4 Fitness for about two years. While the gym could get crowded, I appreciated the 24-hour access and the women’s workout area, which is why I stayed as long as I did. Unfortunately, the cleanliness steadily declined. On multiple occasions, my roommate and I found dumbbells and weights left in walkways, overflowing trash cans, empty water bottles on equipment, paper towels everywhere, and floors that clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Gym staff is very rude and unprofessional especially in the night hours. They dont greet or de greet you what so ever and ignore you most of the time. The gym in general is a 5 star but the staff cancels it out. Very nice gym i will keep going here but they need new staff asap.

Front door staff are rude. They asked me to stop so they could take another picture of me after I checked in and when I questioned for the reason, they replied "because I said so". Is it too much to say "verification"? Quick and concise instead of giving an attitude. 🤷

Today’s experience at Club4 Flower Mound is the exact reason why gyms these days have become so hard to enter & why I train clients the way I do: Upon entering, I walk up to the front desk to check- in. Approaching the counter, I see a front desk attendant looking me up & down, eyeballing me like I was an odd specimen she had never seen before. I take my pods out and ask her if there was something she needs- she then proceeds to ask me if my pants were “stretchy”. I was wearing my golf pants, and my polo work shirt. I have b... read more
