The equipment isn't top of the line but it's absolutely worth the membership price. Everyone who works here is incredibly helpful - I've been coming here for ~4 years now and they've never failed to help out with any questions, services, etc.

My trainer was Mae. I had 36 wonderful sessions with her. I went into training weak and ended strong. I owe my success to Mae. She took the time and effort to assess my fitness needs well, and was able to Taylor a personal program that was successful for my goals. Mae is very knowledgeable and excellent in teaching.
