The rooms were very “eh,” our sprinklers even looked severely rusted out and the tub looked like it had seen some WORK. But the staff? Amazing. Front desk and valet were excellent— shoutout to Ryan for being our main contact, he was great!

Nicely appointed rooms, friendly staff and away from the noise of beach traffic but still just a block and a half away. Parking is challenging if you want to park one for cheap or free.

Everyone was exceptionally nice and accommodating. Our room was on the 7th floor. King size bed which slept comfortably. Enough space for what we needed for a week.

First time staying in timeshare Roach inside my coffee cup and one ran under the fridge it was a loud noise during all hours of the day and night sound like they have a plumbing issue when we turned the hot water in the shower it started making a loud noise we did let front desk know and they pretty much blew our concerns off like it was no big deal location of the hotel was walking distance to shops and beach
