We booked for a short beach trip last minute and called ahead to let them know we would be arriving late for check in. We were assured late check in was fine and when we arrived we were given an upgraded room which we had requested when booking as it was available with our points. We were informed the next day that we would have to move to a different room as this room was above our requested upgrade. Very hard to get in touch with anybody to confirm your booking that you’ve been coming to for 10 years there has always been an issue with them putting Somebody else in our unit for our week! We are the owners and it’s unacceptable. We have the same week every year! I recommend hiring somebody that can answer the phone and do their job! putting somebody on hold over and over is unacceptable ! Very unprofessional

Tranquil, easy going. Resort had lots of fun things on site, bicycles, mini golf, corn hole, going ping, jinga, pool, Cafe, golf, great walking paths. Rooms were spacious and really nice.
