If I could give these guys 0 stars I would. Lied about offering a 8 day/7 night stay if I attended a 90 minute seminar. Ran a hard credit check for no reason, did not let me take the print-out of the "one-day only offering" to go over the numbers. I checked my credit card and they also charged me $40 dollars for the seminar. (which they said was free). Basically, this is a pyramid scheme. Lack of Transparency and Professional Negligence I am writing this to express my extreme frustration with Travel + Leisure (formerly Wyndham). I am beyond frustrated with my experience. I was sold this timeshare under completely false pretenses, only to find out the product doesn't work as promised. When I reached out to Charlene Balmes to resolve this, she issued a generic denial, and stated that I needed to provide "proof" of the sales presentation even though their own rules strictly prohibit recording.
