Beware: I received a “free vacation” certificate from Grand Incentives after attending a timeshare presentation, and redeeming it has been extremely difficult. I followed the instructions by submitting the required forms, payment, destination choices, and multiple travel dates, but my requested dates were repeatedly rejected. If I could give these guys 0 stars I would. Lied about offering a 8 day/7 night stay if I attended a 90 minute seminar. Ran a hard credit check for no reason, did not let me take the print-out of the "one-day only offering" to go over the numbers. I checked my credit card and they also charged me $40 dollars for the seminar. (which they said was free). Basically, this is a pyramid scheme. Lack of Transparency and Professional Negligence I am writing this to express my extreme frustration with Travel + Leisure (formerly Wyndham). I have sent three separate formal complaints (October 29, November 26, and December 18) regarding my account, and to date, not a single person has acknowledged my concerns.
