This is the place one gets a "presentation" to join the Wyndham or Travel Leisure+. The 2 programs are identical. It is a point system, you buy a contract that has a certain amt of points. The points renew to the original amt purchased each year. You also get bonus items with your contract. The contract can be handed down to your kids once you pass, they either pay the remainder of the contract and monthly fees or just the monthly fees if it is paid off. We had 4 units and the resort literally spread us across the entire resort which was about a 13 minute walk. The pools were randomly closed. checkin was weird, wouldn't give us a key and insisted on speaking with concierge who also didn't give us our key, then the line was extremely long and after waiting again we got the key. Then about 30 minutes after moving everything in we had another family banging on the door who apparently got the wrong room number and thankfully their key didn't work. This resort is available on timeshare plans under many different names. The units are large enough and well equipped to make a large family comfortable. Minus stars for not having my long time reserved unit available upon my arrival after a 3 state drive on a 90+ degree day. I arrived 30 minutes before check in time and got to the front of the check in line in time. My unit was not ready nor was it ready for many dozens of guests filling the lobby to standing room only.
