I would give this place, especially their customer service and timeshare team a 0 or negative star review if I could. We were lured here to do a 2 hour presentation to get a reward package for a free cruise anywhere around the world at one of their resorts / cruise lines. The presentation ended up being about 3.5 hours and a high pressured sales pitch. We were put into a very uncomfortable and high pressure situation which they used against us while we were vulnerable. We were basically being held hostage because they were h... read more
