I honestly don’t trust Wyndham anymore. My experience with them showed me that they can change things on customer accounts, give you completely different answers depending on who you talk to, and then act like nobody knows what happened. That’s not how a company should treat loyal customers. Once you start feeling like you’re being misled or lied to, the whole loyalty program becomes pointless. Place is great service is great. The staff is great had great service. The room is beautiful. The view is beautiful, but the only thing this place really we weren’t super thrilled with where the restaurants. Didn’t get a chance to try the sushi place because it’s only open a couple of days a week other than that place is great, but I wouldn’t make it to place I eat there were so many other great restaurants in town.

This place wasn't a terrible place to stay, I've definitely had better but I was only there for a concert, so I didn't really care about the luxury I usually get. I opted for the time share presentation because why not, I'll give 90 min of my time for free gifts, but I'll definitely not lock myself into a balloon maintainence fee for a time share ownership.
