Recently stayed here again and didn't have no issues years ago during my last stay. Wyndham is always full out it with their aggressive and harrassing sales tactics. I went to go check in at Club Wyndham Governor’s Green, while my family waited in the car. A guy asked if I was checking in and he directed me to the checking in desk. Once finished with check in, the lady at the desk directed me to the opposite side to get my access cards. The same guy from earlier said he will get me my access card. If I could leave NEGATIVES STARS I would. My friend died leaving me her Wyndham ownership in her will. She wanted me to travel. Wyndham told me I had to have a very small ownership first and they would blend the two ownerships together. Did that and then they said oops just kidding - we will not be honoring the will/probate. Tried to void the contract for my “small ownership” as a result of their decision and they said - sorry for your luck but no takes backsies. I despise this company. We are apparently in a lock-out unit with no sound proofing between us and the neighbors. I've been using timeshare resorts since 1985 and have never experienced a noise problem until this week. I should have asked for a room change. I did ask for, and received, a non-slip mat for the shower - this should have been provided at the start as the shower was VERY SLICK. Also had to request an additional blanket. On a positive note: we have had the AC off since we arrived and though the outside was up to 100 degrees, our room has... read more
