The good, only 2 units per building so not a lot of neighbors. Across the street from the beach. The bad, Wednesday night karaoke night at Kenny D's across the parking lot. Trying to get out of the parking lot onto Beach Street. Wishes, laundry in the unit, wider stairs going up to the "b" units, better bathtub.

Really enjoyed the easy access and location. Check in staff are lovely . Will be back.

What a nice property. Amazing beach access but what I loved most was the property atmosphere. We don’t have small kids anymore but we did stay right over the pool and it was so nice to see a property let kids be kids. They wore that pool out and even as quiet time came, staff was so nice and kind to the kids and the families. Most resorts raise cane about towels over handrails and balconies but not once did I ever see that. Yeah, it’s small but it goes to the description of a laid back beach resort.
