The cleaning staff left dirty rags in the bathroom and there was stuff on the floor that they forgot to vacuum under the bed. We pay maintenance fees and that should never happen
This Wyndham resort is one of older ones. The rooms have no kitchen. There's not a lot to do on site. There's a restaurant attached to the resort.
Had a my daughter's baby shower here. The room was clean with a great view of the Newport Bridge and Jamestown harbor. The food was very good and served at the proper time to keep the flow of the party going.
Rooms are old and poorly designed. Bathroom was the size of a closet. Asked for coffee to be sent up - had to call twice after waiting 45 minutes. Not happy with the accommodations at all.
