Imagine house keeping trashes your room to charge a cleaning fee but you have no proof. This is actually the video they sent me of the room. Definitely not the condition I would leave a room in. You can hear them throwing stuff around in the background while they're taking the video. So sad because we honestly loved this place prior to this happening.

They recently updated the rooms and they are awesome!! We will definitely be coming back!

Have had this booked over a year in advance. They put us at a secondary location with no working wifi, smelly room, and we requested a handicap bathroom. They gave us a tub I am unable to get into. I have cerebral palsy and just had surgery. How am I supposed to stay in this dump for a whole week? The lady at the main location was not helpful, and had no available accessible rooms even though requested.
