Employees were nice. Too pushy on sales meetings. Enjoyed the beach, pool & extra resort activities. One elevator was broken down on check out day, which was a bit inconvenient, but we know things like that happen sometimes. Some outside areas of the building need attention / repair.

This particular resort is set behind another resort. Most rooms have little to no beach views. The resort is older, around 45 years. Some items could be updated but is still very accommodating. There is access to other amenities in the area with good cart rentals nearby.

It was a fantastic time. We come here every year and always enjoy it. Beautiful view from the balcony. Walking distance from the beach is minimal. One of the elevators was out of service the whole weekend, and it was Labor Day weekend, so it was very busy. We had to use the stairs a lot. Other than that, we don’t have many complaints.

The rooms are very old; the TV isn't a Smart TV, so you can't connect apps to watch anything other than their standard channels. They also keep pressuring you to attend presentations so they can sell you packages. The furniture is old and the TV is outdated. The rooms really need modernizing.
