It is a very friendly, clean, and quaint community to live in. I would highly recommend it! Everyone I've met here is very down to earth and makes you feel like you've known them forever! 😊

apply the 55 and over with no exceptions, do something about the speeding, fix our draining systems, new mail boxes, our rent go up, all we get is new managers, some trees, flowers, fix our problems

Across street from hospital and doctors. Near restaurant's and Gulf and more. Near two Airport's Tampa and St Petersburg. This is 55+ manufacturer home park.
