Stupid gym, not interesting. stop with the club studio, we want a traditional normal gym.

Saturday 230PM. Front staff rude and couldn’t care less about the members concerns. Woman’s flippant attitude when asked a simple question not professional nor acceptable. Male co- worker chimes in with a snarky have a great day. WOW. Get it together. The juice bar is constantly closed the gym maintenance has gone to hell. Mold in the showers?? Steam room works when it wants to. What do our dues pay for ??? Then you wonder why you have such a bad rating??? Get a clue !!

I’ve been a Club Studio member for over a year and have been a frequent, consistent visitor, but my experience with the staff member working alone Tuesday night was extremely disappointing and honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had here. My membership was recently cancelled because I had to cancel my credit card and am currently waiting for my replacement card to arrive. Good gym for Hyrox training. The only things missing are wall ball targets and distance hash marks on the turf (hoping they add these at some point). Classes are great - shoutout to yoga instructor Emily! Otherwise, this is a great clean gym with top quality equipment and great customer service.
