Excellent place – One of the best features is the possibility to keep on going with your fitness routine without having to sit it out while the person using that particular machine ends. and even if you do have to wait, people are friendly so you might end with a new friend!

Great Personal Trainer – A few years ago, when the athletic club I had been going to for 20 years, closed its doors, I began searching for a new club and I was recommended to see Sylviane Chapoulaud at Club Sportiff. Great Place!! – I have to say, that i have been to several places in Pasadena that offer private pilate lessons, however, by far this place is awesome! Coach Sylvianne made my goal to loose weight and feel good about myself, her goal as well. It was not about being a size 2 or 4, but about being healthy and feeling good!
