Cool little gym, not expensive, friendly people.
Don't forget to bring your workout towel
before lunch (9am-11am) i have never seen it packed ( except on Saturdays)
Do the yoga classes. Hot boys and girls who all push themselves to the limit
My favorite gym in town. Cheap, small, and not too douchey. Come here and find me on the bball court!!
Saturday 10a.m. Yoga is epic! Daniel Medina is a phenomenal instructor!
