This is the first negative review I have ever written in my life but it is worth seriously warning folks about. I would give this place a 0 if I could. The walls are paper thin from every angle, noise is constant, management doesn't respond to anything and constantly violates renters rights, and there are literal killer dogs that live here (legit a dog that lives here killed another dog) and other huge scary dogs are allowed to wander around off leash and viciously bark at residents, with management doing nothing about it in... read more

The worst property management I've ever had. They violate renters rights, don't respond and are rude.

I would not recommend renting a property from Beverly Hills Properties in general, but especially not 2110 4th Street in Santa Monica. The property manager, Anya, monitors tenants guests via the security cameras on the property and her own in-apartment nanny cam, and monitors tenants' mail, among other intrusive practices. It feels very invasive.
