Never calls back. Been trying for a few months now. Highly interested in properties listed on the website, willing to offer exactly what asking price was, go and look at , already been approved for loan have high credit and money down easy sale but lost it because of no communication or business skills. Now I'm glad, maybe my money would have gotten stolen or paperwork not done properly.
Disaster !!!!! I found a listing for a Condo for Lease in Sarasota. I started calling on 12/26, (left a voice mail and did not expect an answer). I have been calling. sending emails and text messages for 5 days, NO ANSWER & NO REPLY !!. Starting on 12/27, I got "voice mail full" each time I called. Still no response to emails. I started calling the Office # on 12/30 (AM). Left a voice mail, still no return call. Finally at 5:30 PM on the 30th, a very nice gentleman picked up the phone and is researching the property for me. ... read more
