Today is Saturday and it's 3.43 pm. Opening hours says it's open till 4pm. But they never respect the hours and close whenever they want. Came for a big sale and they lost it. Not the first time it happened. Worst ever

Aucun service après vente! Moins d'un an après l'achat de notre spa, une pièce est défectueuse, ça fait plus d'une semaine qu'on essaie de les rejoindre par téléphone, personne ne répond. Je les ai contacté par courriel, on m'a répondu que j'aurais un suivi dans les "meilleurs délais possibles"! Ça fait plus de 3 jours!! Chose certaine, fini pour nous Club Piscine, excellent pour vendre, mais pour le service après vente, aussi bien dire qu'il est inexistant!
très bonne installation de la piscine mais le service a la clientèle ....
